You can be reassured that when you purchase any products from DY Pro Audio you can buy with confidence and reassurance.  We provide a 30 day money back guarantee, of which you can return the product back to us within the 30 days of purchase.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us inits original condition within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
  • All returns will have their own RMA Returns number provided by DY Pro Audio,  please make sure this number is visible on the packaging so we can locate your order quickly.
  • Please note:
    1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
    2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
    3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Order damaged in transit:

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged during transit to you, please let us know as soon as possible, within 7 days of purchase and we will quickly replace the item, or give you a full refund. The courier will come and collect any damaged products, or a pre-paid envelope will be provided.

Warranty  – 12 Month Standard Warranty!

All of our products are covered with a 12 Month standard Warranty unless stated otherwise. If your goods develop a fault within the first 12 months, we will quickly repair or replace the item for you, if we are unable to do this for any reason, we will offer you a refund.
